When 'Subtitles & Captioning' is on your iPhone, you may see the subtitles of the KiT Video even you turn it off.
In this case, please close captioning and subtitles on Settings.

1. Go to 'Settings' > 'Accessibility'
2. Scroll down to 'HEARING' and tap 'Subtitles & Captioning'
3. Turn off 'Closed Captions + SDH'. If it's already off, make it on and turn it off again.
