How can I inspect my KiT?

Tap 1.i(information) and go to 2.Inspect KiT under HARDWARE. And then 3.insert/connect the KiT.

  • When there is no hardware issue, you will see a pop-up like a screenshot below.

  • If there’s a hardware issue on the KiT, you will not see any pop-up. In this case, please email help@kitalbum.com.
