Q. Who pays for the shipping?
We provide you with a return shipping address, and you pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice.
When extra shipping process is needed from us, we provide and pay for the shipping label.
✔️Please send us the KiT(button type Air-KiT), not with the whole package and photo cards.
✔️When you send us the package, please enclose a note that has your <name, address, phone number, reason for exchange, type of smart device you are using(model)>
