I am not able to connect the KiT. What can I do?

  • If there’s no response when you connect the KiT (there must be a ‘connecting’ sign), please contact us through the Help Desk.
  • If you see ‘Unable to connect the KiT’ pop-up even the ‘connecting’ message appears, please check the following below.

Is your earphone connected to the device?

Have you checked the location of the microphone?

If you have checked the above, please check the following further.

Delete the KiT Player app and re-install it. Also, re-boot the device(turn the device off completely, then turn it on again.)

Check if the KiT works well on other devices.

Inspect the KiT

If you are still unable to conncet the KiT, please try the following below.

Check memory remaining(RAM) (Only Android)

The battery may have run out
