We are responsible for only the 'KiT' and its operation-related issues. If the package is faulty or damaged, please contact the place you purchased the KiT Album.

Q. Who pays for the shipping?

We provide you with a return shipping address, and you pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice.

When extra shipping process is needed from us, we provide and pay for the shipping label.
