I am not able to connect the KiT. What can I do?

  • If the "KiT Recognizing" screen does not appear and there is no response, please contact our Customer Center.
  • If there is a "KiT Recognizing" response as shown in the image below, but a popup appears stating that the KiT cannot be found, please check the following items:

1. Recognize KiT listener

2. Check if it’s ā€˜connecting’

Did you check the network environment?

Is your earphone connected to the device?

Have you checked the location of the microphone?

If you have checked the above items, please proceed to verify the following additional items as well.

Delete the KiT Player app and re-install it. Also, re-boot the device(turn the device off completely, then turn it on again.)

Check if the KiT works well on other devices.

Inspect the KiT
‣
Check memory remaining(RAM) (Only Android)

The battery may have run out
